Important Time Limits

There are strict time limits placed on personal injury claims. For accidents, court proceedings must be issued within three years of the accident or the date of death if the injured person has passed away. With regard to industrial diseases, court proceedings must be issued within three years of the date that the condition is confirmed by a medical expert as having been caused by the sufferer’s work.
