We provide a nationwide litigation service. So that our solicitors may consider acting for you using one of our funding arrangements, we will need to examine your case in detail and see all of the available evidence. We have therefore devised an application form which you may download and return by email to cfa@lorrells.com, post, fax or in person. Alternatively you may request a call back to discuss your application.
Please note that in respect of most types of claim for damages of less than £5000 (the Small Claims Track), we will not normally act under a No-Win No-Fee arrangement but we may be able to provide competitive fixed fee services in respect of such claims. In rare instances, we may still consider acting under a No-Win No-Fee arrangement in the Small Claims Track.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Whilst we appreciate that the offline application form is lengthy and therefore time consuming to complete, it does serve the following very important purposes:
1. It ensures that you go through all aspects of your claim in detail and that you gather all of the evidence available. Submitting information against the parameters of our form puts us in the best possible position to examine your case without delay.
2. It ensures that we are in possession of every piece of information required so that we can consider your case efficiently without having to revert to you for further information and documentation.
3. It gives you the advantage of getting the majority of the work you need to do out of the way right at the start of the matter.
4. Because we are in possession of all the required information and evidence from the outset, we can quickly identify any gaps in your evidence so that you have enough notice to rectify the situation before any deadlines fall.
As you are sending the information to us with a view to obtaining legal advice the information is protected by Legal Professional Privilege and is therefore strictly confidential. We will not discuss its contents with any other party and before we consider the contents we will ensure that we do not have a conflict of interest.
