We act under CFAs (No Win-No Fee), Discounted CFAs (No Win Less Fees), fixed fees and traditional retainer rates. We can also arrange third party funding.


What payment methods do you offer?
You may pay by cheque, BACS, CHAPS, credit card, Direct Debit arrangement or cash.


Do you offer fixed fee interviews?
In many cases we do not charge for our first interview.


Do you offer outside visits?
Yes, we can visit clients at home, at their place of business or in hospital when necessary.

We do offer out of hours appointment if pre-arranged.


When can I contact you? Do you offer out of hours appointments?
Our normal hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm but we can, by prior arrangement, meet you outside office hours.


Do you offer disabled access at your premises?
Yes.


How long have you been established?
Lorrells was established in 2005 by Mark Lorrell, a former barrister who subsequently converted to a solicitor advocate.


Are your lawyers specialists in their fields?
All departments are staffed by lawyers who specialise in their specific area of law.


Do your lawyers hold any official panel memberships?
Our Personal Injury solicitors are members of APIL: the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.


Will a qualified lawyer be assigned to deal with my matter, or will I deal with paralegals and administration personnel?
All professional matters relating to your case are dealt with by experienced lawyers. However, to save costs, paralegals and admin assistants deal with administrative and procedural issues.


Are you fully regulated and insured?
We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and abide by the current Solicitors Indemnity Insurance Rules.
