Saira is a partner within the property department of Lorrells. She has gained a wide breadth of experience throughout the years she has been employed at Lorrells and is competent with all aspects of residential and commercial property law. She has a strong client base and many of her clients have stayed with her throughout her time at the firm.

She joined the firm in 2004 and her principal areas of specialisation include acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, mortgages of commercial properties, negotiating and drafting commercial leases for office, industrial and commercial use, acquisition and disposal for sites for development purposes, planning advice, licences for alterations and licences to sub-let / assign. With emphasis also on residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. She also deals with cases involving enfranchisement and lease extensions.

Saira acts for a broad range of clients including high net worth individuals, landlords, tenants, developers, financers, investors and investment funds.
